yes is absolutly possible, i did it, i put a chinese case and dial inside of a mbk case, the only thing you have to do is wear a little bit around the bezel to can fix it inside the mbk case, remember the MBK dial/internal bezel is in one piece while the chinese is seprate pieces dial and internal bezel, but is really easy swap,

my only concerne would be: the new movement should be thicker than the old asian 7750, the backacase of the MBK is slimmer so there
