So i noticed yesterday that the lettering on the case back of my SSD has lost the black fill. Any idea how I can fix it?

So i noticed yesterday that the lettering on the case back of my SSD has lost the black fill. Any idea how I can fix it?

I noticed the same thing with mine recently -- I am going to attempt a thinned-out wash of semi-gloss black enamel paint, which I will apply and then wipe with a clean cloth while it is still wet to leave only the recessed lettering and logos filled in.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks... I wish I new how they do it in the first place then i could try to replicate the factory's process

use black enamel paint with a toothpic.. when its about 75% dry wipe off the excess. After its completely dry after a day or so, you can carefully remove the excess.

why worry it will fall out of the gen eventualy as well
