RRFAN
That sucks. I posted a review of a tag link rep a few days ago in the knowledge base and now I can't view it unless I pay up. A death of a site is always when they start charging for certain sections. joe public gets bored as all the expertise is in a hidden section and before you know it there's only a small group of people left wondering why the site isn't popular anymore. why would i want to get movies and music here too? I'll go to a movie and music bootleg site if I want that. one where you dont pay!
Admin
Actually, the knowlegdebase should be visible to all members. I'll look into it.
Admin
Seems to be some permission problems that needs some fixin'.

dabom
yeah I agree with that sentiment about the death of a site. It's historically accurate out of hundreds of thousands of sites. Even mighty companies have bent to the demands of a free internet. Hotmail for example provides 10MB attachments and 5GB of space for free - unheard of service even for paying customers 10-12 years ago. It's reasonable to pay for additional services like the ad-free, and better filtering, and access to posting a watch for sale (since money can be made) - but I don't agree the repair forum should be hidden, since that's one of the tenets of the rep hobby. My 2c.
