lanikai Posted August 5, 2008 Report Share Posted August 5, 2008 I use the microlubricant from Ofrei.. take off the rotor and lube the bearings in the rotor.. it silenced it for me.. and I understand alot of members do this.. all I used was a toothpick to get a very small amount of lubricant on the bearings.. You don't want it to melt (and then drip) into the workings of the watch. don't know about this one as I am not a expert on watch repair.. i got the KT-22 from ofrei for the fact that it is for watches .. and is not supposed to gum up or run... or ball up and will not break down.. so I figured it is safe to use on the rotor and crown stem etc. .... Raijor Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 I have used the high temp grease solution to great success. It has to be high temp grease so that it will not melt.
