Samurai Posted August 23, 2008 Report Posted August 23, 2008 Got the RW Nabucco yesterday. First thing you notice about the watch....it's humungous! @46mm...it wears like something that's 48mm or even bigger. In terms of weight....the AP ROO steel feels like feather. Construction.....very very well built. Can't find any flaw. The dial is very well detailed - carbon fiber, the chrono pushers are screw-down and the crown is nice/big and has the proper logo. The bracelet mid-links are also carbon fiber coated (the gen has carbon fiber plates glued on top of steel....and the rep is the same I guess). It has pretty decent AR.....but nowehere close to what I have on the C1.....there is a blue-ish tint to the crystal. Lume is farily good too. Best of all....got a very sweet deal on it.....compared to what it's selling @ most places. On to the pics..... Got the RW Nabucco yesterday. 8614 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 Hi, anybody can comment on the long term with respect to the mecchanism of the watch? is it reliable? What about the blue dial version? anybody tried that?
wheaton26 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 hard to tell ... could you post a few more pics?
8614 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 I apologise... I'm afraid I mistook the blue tinge of the AR as a blu dial... I still would like to ask info about the white dial. There don't seem to be enough reviews of the Nabucco....
hascho Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 Nice piece! I am a fan of RW since the first Parsifal model. But the Nabucco is also a no-go for me - because of the [censored] sunken datewheel...
gran Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 sunken datewheel... I actually tought this was a quartz.....as the date is actually fairly well visible in these photos...is there a modified subdials Asian 7750 in there?
Mickey Padge Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 Great pics, thanks for sharing! Now if only they repped the titanium version and used the A7753 movement, that would be perfect!
nikki6 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 I have one and it is by far the best built and finished Rep that I own and I own a LOT!! The sunken datewheel on this isn't really a problem since the gen looks almost identical because of the different layers on the dial, really a nothing 'flaw'. Would kill for them to rep the DLC Ltd Edition version, it's an amazing piece!! But for now we have the SS version and I love mine!! By far the best out the box rep I've came across!! Sixx
Mickey Padge Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 I wonder if an Asian 7753 could be dropped into this case set? Would be a sweet upgrade to get the flush date wheel and mod the pusher at 10 to flick the date, as per gen.....
8614 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 (edited) Any body bought this watch? http://puretimewatch.com/product/nabucco-chrono-rg-white/ Any opinons about it? Edited May 26, 2011 by Marlon

nikki6 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 Thats a good idea Mickey, would be nice to have the pusher at 10 working!! I've got a 7753 here, I might get someone to help me and give it a go!! Sixx
