Getting it out with any force will leave dings or marks and this will look as bad as the crooked screw. This is not a minor cosmetic issues since it is staring yoiu in the face and hopefully you can get a replacement from your dealer. ubiquitous Posted July 13, 2006 Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 The 'screws' are only small, flat, hex shaped metal discs with a slot in the center, and are glued into place in the bezel hole. If you can remove the bezel, you can probably drop some solvent onto the 'screw' head which should penetrate under the disc. I suggest doing this with the bezel off of the watch because you don't want the solvent to damage any of the gaskets or seals. Once you have the screw head off, it's simply a matter of gluing back into place with correct alignment... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chronus Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 If it's made like the genuine, then the screw on the case back directly underneath it will be holding it in place. If this is the case, unscrew the screw on the case back and then the screw on the front should be loose and you can reseat, then screw in the screw on the case back again to hold it in place. Polynomial Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 I had a different AP with bolts instad of screws, and these could not be removed; the better models might have screws? What happends when you unscrew the bottom screws and remove the back of the watch? The bazel and top s"screws" stay as they were? Chronus Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 Read this to see how the AP Royal Oak Jumbo case is made... if the reps are made in a similar fashion (and a lot easier to put in the bezel screws that way!) then removing the screws on the case back should release the bezel "screws" as well.
