PAM253 1950 Flyback Regatta as Rep ?

Hi All,

What do you think about that if you can buy that ???

I'm guess soon I could buy it if I was so inclined, since it seems pretty straightforward to rep. I doubt I personally would since I already have the very, very similar 212 but it's very nice.

You all mean what I think you mean or you mean something different. :g:

Seriously now , other thansome specific panerai models which are trully different (188,193, gmt , etc...) some are pretty much the same watch.

Marketing tecnique to introduce a new model which is basically an old one with some "face lifting".

......... but I guess not everybody shares the same opinion.

Nice watch. I'd buy this if a good copy came out. I'd buy the 212, but I can't get past the incorrect seconds markings. Of course if history is any indication, when this watch goes to production, they factory will find a way to insert an obvious flaw.

Sorry to be grouchy but for god's sake!!! Quarks posted an almost identical thread HERE...about six weeks ago :rolleyes:

Anyway, my POV hasn't changed...

Not my cup of tea at all sorry :yucky: Like the inbred bastard love-child of a 212 and 192
