I got an email this morning from one of the very reliable ones, WPS and they have several brand new EBEL 134 El Primero movements complete for $1380. Bummer for me since I already procured used ones. They are referred to as bridles in Rolex manuals, but they are usually called anything but that by everyone else (including the parts houses, which assign any number of different names to them - clamps, tabs, straps, etc).
