Guest Dr.TuB Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 also, there will only be one dial made meaning its either the orange 6 9 12 or white... no money will be needed upfront. just seeing who is interested
Guest Dr.TuB Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 update. both the white 6 9 12 and orange 6 9 12 will be made if enough interest shows since only the orange dial will be needed to be purchased to get the correct color of 6 9 12 (white is easily replicated)
luckyman Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 I'm pretty sure everyone will be interested in this project. Hopefully we will see pics of the finished product soon
tetzumaru Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 (edited) what happened with this thread? Edited December 21, 2008 by tetzumaru
mwee Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 I would be interested if the dial is good. Would love to see pics first. Good luck! Will be watching ths thread closely!
dan156 Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 well good to hear i wil have one . its a start to the u upo..
docdoc Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 (edited) I would definitevely go for one orange number dial. But 100$ shipped is a little bit overpriced, I think, as there is very small chances that they will actually use superluminova. And more than that 100$ is almost half the price of an UPO from most of the dealer here ! If it is available for, let's say, 40$ to 60$ shipped I would go for it ! Edited December 21, 2008 by docdoc

Got to agree with with docdoc on this one. If the price was $100 for a rep dial, then I reckon I'd hold fire and spend $200 on a gen dial.
RobbieG Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 This might be the singlle greatest quote ever on this board Pho. You kill me... china or tawain or my butthole are dangerous places to navigate.
craptacular Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 What the heck. I'd be in for two, if they were truly 1:1 including lume color/quality.
blue_sphere Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 Where did my post go? Anyway same thing. Im interested, but I need to see a dial.
Kahn Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 Im interested.....I'd buy two with the standard "if's"
The Mentalist Posted December 28, 2008 Report Posted December 28, 2008 I am in for a white one ! The UPO dial is virtually perfect apart from the logo. Can't your dealer just produce the correct logos instead? Apparently they are easy to swap out since they attach using two small pins.
