Updated my WM9 V2

Tonight I reassembled the whole watch because I want to realign the Date wheel.

I reshaped the CG's installed a Gen Tube and Crown and put a Gen Insert on it.....

Now I need a replacement Bezel because mine looks like the V1 Version and the Insert sits not recessed in the Bezel

also the Insert snaps in not really tight.

George claimed that he send me a better Bezel,hope he will do....

I also want to install a gen Crystal when I get one...

It would appear the only way to get more gen like would be to get case with the correct crown height (Vietnamese maybe) and then put a gen movement or a low profile eta if possible along with gen crystal, crown, insert, dial and hands. I would be happy to have a gen insert, and super lumed dial and hands on my Euromariner.

It looks very good. To me, the only things that still say "rep" are the hour markers (ring around the lume still too thick and prominent vs. gen) and the gap between SEL and lugs.

I stated before I don't received the right bracelet yet.

It's an old CN Bracelet with hollow midlinks.

Also the Datemag is wrong on the WM9 Crystal

Today I replaced the Crystal and now I have the right magnification.

I will post some comparsion shots tomorrow, it makes a huge difference.

isn't the blkm WM9 sub a V2? Does his WM9 V2 fix the issues noted above?

Haven't logged in a while and now I see that there has been a lot of progress on the 16610.

Sticking with my MBW 16610 for now until the dust settles....

Did you have to countersink the case for the gen tube?

Oh, and if that's a noob bracelet, it looks darn good!

My SEL's on the underside of the case like a piece of junk compared to that! (it's on a euromariner)

The cyclops looks a little weak in the pictures. It looks like 2.2x.

is the new (gen? or clarks?) and it is taller or shorter or the same height as the WM9 one.

Sorry I have no side by side view of the Crystals but

It has same dimensions like gen.
