I dont know if you guys have seen this site. It has loads of gen PAM's and a few others.

If you are seriously considering buying it you should check the bay. I believe they come up reasonably frequently and usually sell in the $1500-$1600 area (or less). Watchuwant are very reliable but typically not well priced.

What do you mean? AP wants to charge me $2,000 for a non-alarm quartz movement for an old European RO. Isn't that the standard price?

At 52mm why not put a strap on that! only a bit bigger than a Fiddy

i would add two wire lugs (aka radiomir) rotate the dial and mod it into a wrist watch,

i can wear 52mm case no prob ...

I read either here, repgeek or paneristi that someone actually did that.

Had to be a custom strap though due to the double crown being on the top.

If you do a google search for "panerai travel clock replica", dozens of the cheesy scam sites are selling a rep (with gen photos) for around $245. This means that there probably IS a cheap rep of this clock out there, only a matter of time before it shows up at one of the trusted shops with some legit photos.
