BGGodwin
Just what I needed! Thanks for the great post! One question: for my DSSD, should I pull the clasp off the bracelet or is it okay to put the clasp through the treatment?
vlydog
the clasp can receive treatment as well.

vlydog
Very good stuff here how ever do you have to do this all over again once you have swam with your watch??? I occasionally reapply the lube to my rep bracelets but I have never been swimming with then so I can't comment on that. Considering that I give the bracelet a good bath with soap and water after I apply the lube, I would have to guess it is OK for a few laps around the pool. vootzilla
I just use baby oil.. Soak the bracelet once. Wait for 5-10 mins then wash it with dish washing detergent. Rattle sneak gone!Reason for using baby oil is that it wont irritate my skin. I dont wanna use chain lube etc etc coz they are not made for skin contact (in case it's still left on the bracelet even after washing it). Just being cautious and it offers same result. DoubleWristed
I would assume considering this thread is four years old someone would have spoke up if it bothered their skin, no? Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
vootzilla
yeh... but why risk when it gives the same result. never mind. I just share what i did. use whatever you feel like. same result.
