indyberetta Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 Here are some quick pics of a vintage style Explorer I I picked up a few weeks ago. The only thing missing that is a tell tale sign is the no hole case. Oh well, it still looks good and wears well!
its_urabus Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 I like. get some holes drilled, as you said, and you are all set.
Stephane Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 I love the aging Did you do that ? It's looking very good, congrats.
alligoat Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 It amazes me how the Chinese have quit drilling lugholes- especially on vintage watches. Otherwise, it's a very nice watch. Sure wish we had someone around here who could drill lugholes like Omegs does over in the EU!
freddy333 Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 Sure wish we had someone around here who could drill lugholes like Omegs does over in the EU! All you need is an inexpensive drill press stand from Sears. See the pic in the 1st post.
Star69 Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 i whould try to find an gen Datejust case with lugholes from ebay cheers, Frank
