fotoman Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 So, i just got some chunks of exotic wood that i am going to attempt to cut down and make some pens. it will be interesting if i can do it, but they should end up looking awesome. I am aiming at making these into my Pen Style 3, which is he super thick twist off cap pen that uses mont blanc - for more information please click on the phoband's pen shop link in my signature below
ironmarshal Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 That wood on the left looks awesome! Can't wait to see the finished product.
fotoman Posted May 5, 2009 Author Report Posted May 5, 2009 Hey; this isn't a golf post... have you graduated yet?
freddy333 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Best to wear baggy trousers (if you want to hide that major wood).
Wayward Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 As long as you're not sporting major wood Pho, we should be ok!
fotoman Posted May 5, 2009 Author Report Posted May 5, 2009 as much as i like to joke around, that was actually a serious question, i knew he was in school lionsandtigers? I see you lurking long time no see
Watchmeister Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 I am feeling a "fatty" with the wood on the left. Perhaps a little glossy lacquer on it and it is off to the wife who was admiring mine.
gioarmani Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 have you graduated yet? Not yet--the divorce, the move, etc. had to put off the last year--starting again in August...
fotoman Posted May 6, 2009 Author Report Posted May 6, 2009 Not yet--the divorce, the move, etc. had to put off the last year--starting again in August... wow man, sorry to hear of the string of bad luck. i will say that this is a super shitty time to be graduating and looking for a job. All signs point to next year being better. i have had the economy hit me twice already
