jot9011 Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 I am hoping that someone can help me out. I am trying to decide whether of not to get the BP FF Trilogy. What would be a good price for this watch? The watch is brand new but with no papers. (Tourneau sample sale). They are asking $5,400 out the door. (1/2 off list of $10,000). I'm a much bigger fan of the newer version with the saphire bezel, but this one is nice as well. Is this a good deal? I have ssen them on TZ used w/ papers for $3,200. Any opinions?
Nanuq Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 Best advice: don't waste money on a watch that is "almost" the right piece. You'll never be satisfied with it and will wind up spending more in the long run. Save for the sapphire bezel model.
yellomen Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 I agree with Nanuq... great choice by the way, i also like the black bezel version
takashi Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 yeah... save for the sapphire bezel version
capice Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 I am greedy so i would take it.....but if it is an "almost"...i don't think so, it will always be an " almost" feeling I think
Ztech Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 I agree with everyone else on this one. Never settle, because you'll always know in the back of your mind that you settled and that will continue to nag at you until you get the "exact" grail.
jot9011 Posted September 8, 2008 Author Report Posted September 8, 2008 I think I am feeling the same way. Just needed to hear other people say it. Thanks
FxrAndy Posted September 8, 2008 Report Posted September 8, 2008 I feel the same as the rest save for the one you really want.
