Finally I think I have found the correct strap combo:-) This is a PAM292 case with PAM380 dial. So it is a fantasy model, custom installation by the H-Maker. 21.600bph manual wind. Also note the button, I think the watch and the button make a great pair:-)

I owned 3gen POs each with the pearl in a incrementally diff location. The pearl on this one feels oem with a sapphire pane On the way to my watch smith now
