Yuki's 7836 isn't worth the money. You're better off buying Mary's at 1/4 the price. Regardless, if you've taken out all the links on your rep 93150 and micro adjusted the clasp and it's still too big, then buying a new rep 93150 bracelet isn't likely to help. I'm not even sure a gen will.1 point

I'm sorry that I pointed it out. I think that my PO wasn't assembled properly. The hour hand nearly touched the dial at the 6 o'clock position. It only didn't touch the omega logo because the dial was also installed unevenly. To solve the problem I reinstalled the dial with an H4 cannon pinion. And now I'm a bit concerned that the distance is too big. By the way, don't forget to secure the he valve with loctite. The rep ones are not easy to get anymore and the gen valve is quite expensive.1 point

Ordered it too, reluctantly I must say. Too expensive for an Asian movement and a "simple" watch with just hands, even hasn´t got a date complication..... But it looks good and the gen costs more. This was just a test and we fell for it, me included, can´t wait to get one of these. That´s also why the new Submariner-C Noob V3 has been released for 368+70 shipping (!!!!!!!!!!!!!Asian) if its Europe (increase of +37,5% with Asian move) -well it´s got a date complication......... Hilarious but also sad. At these prices You have to choose like with gen´s and still cope with a dozen problems. One more increase next Year and it´s back to gens, those are Steinhart prices already.1 point

I have a GW-7900RD and a japanese import GW-9200MBJ. Imo if you're serious about watches you need at least one G-Shock in your collection. If [censored] would hit the fan one day and I could take only one watch with me I'd definitely pick one of these two.1 point

I've used it on rep and gen. Works well. Just did a quick polish on my gen speedy last weekend. Always a smooth clear result1 point

The hour hand is likely catching on the Breitling logo, which is quite raised. I have had two SOSF now, both had this issue. If the hour hand has been pressed too far down its pinion, the hour hand will stop, and catch the left wing of the logo. Pressing the hour hand down almost correctly, the hour hand can brush the logo causing lume damage. I am in EU and can fix this for you, drop me a pm, unless you prefer UK only.1 point

As Niko said "I currently have a V5 and I consider it to be one of the best reps I have ever owned." Nothing to add:) From the description the 5.1. has the right-sized numbering which I hope to look at in APNoobsters comparison pics... waiting for those. At least the price of the 5.1. still seems somewhat sensible, thanks for that as the new Noob sub V3 had a 35% increase over last version and already the Blackbay lays on the heavy side from my point-of-view. This being said I will stay with my gen-like feeling V5 for Years to come I think. It´s still just too risky to replace a perfect watch with another that could have some misaligned dial, scratchy stem, no power reserve... etc. etc.1 point

And not only that but Paypal now black lists your IP, if you lose your account you can only get another from a different computer. A buyer like the above, who initially was happy to pay the cost of the item, who then decides he will attempt to take the dealer down because 'Hey it just didn't look like I thought it should' should stick to shopping locally because he simply does not have the the ability to function as part of the replica community, he is just to self centered. I agree with Legend 100%. You guys are all new, and we welcome you to the forum. You can learn a great deal about watches in general and reps in particular if you hang around here, and read and research the watches you are interested in. Please don't get too wrapped up in the hype about 1:1. there just isn't any such animal in the rep world. There are some really good reps, and some really awful reps, you just have to dig out the information and decide which is which. Some reps by their construction, popularity and parts availability are fairly easy to get close to perfect, notice I said close, because none of them are ever going to be perfect, unless you buy enough genuine parts to build a complete watch!! Some reps because of their construction are almost impossible to make much better. Some can be improved, by better lume, better AR on the crystal, possibly a better movement, but generally to get any watch as close to the genuine as possible requires the substitution of rep parts with genuine parts. things like crystals, dials, hands, movements, crowns, pushers, etc. are what take reps to the next level, and even those while close are not 1:1..1 point

Where ever you are getting info I would go with what you were just told here period forget they, there are other Rep sites but we are the Tech site (movements etc) and there is no dispute on that. Now a few things, NO they are not rare they are made in China so they are like M&M's. Next some times you get a good one sometimes you get a bad one QC is crap in China. Yes wear all you want if it works well fine if not what good is the watch anyway right.1 point
