  2. Even the gen has a little play though probably not that much. For my eyes it looks pretty normal and nothing to worry about unless the bezel turns freely and unintentionally

  3. Ken, " Not when you are dealing world wide there's not." I agree but what juicemouse said above is true "The only people that use Western Union in the United States are people who send money to jails and prisons." and illegals and green carders sending money to foreign countries, it has a stigma. We do not us it here we are not comfortable with it and whether right wrong or indifferent it is what it is, in my over half a century here I known no one who used it or even saw someone use it in passing at the local super market except once "I" was sent money last week. People with means use other methods and you need people with means unfortunately. I gather in other parts of the world it is more mainstream just not in the good old USA.

  4. I think it's a relatively new problem (in general) that has arisen at the same time that online shopping has become popular. People can sit on their armchair and browse a store that is physically the other side of the world, and with a few clicks, choose, order and pay for stuff. They have to realise if goods have travelled 2000 miles to their front door, if there's a problem the goods have to travel the 2000 miles back to the store to be sorted out. If I bought a loaf of bread from the corner shop and it was mouldy I wouldn't phone up the credit card company and get them to get my money back, I'd go round to the shop and exchange it. What would be the point in solving it any other way? PayPal really is bad news, it lets the customer ignore their responsibilities and common decency and just screw the dealers over. It completely relies on every single buyer and seller being honest and decent, and cannot cope fairly with anything else.

  6. If a few folks did that (cancel) I would bet it would get their attention. These guys have sold so many Rolexes, they believe that they ARE Rolex!! Kick everyone around and they just keep coming back for more. I think that the one thing that folks cannot abide is lack of communication. A simple mass email to every preorder person, "sorry guys, the watch is delayed for xx days or weeks, due to some improvements that we asked the factory to make" now everyone is happy at least for a week or so. Silence always takes on sinister connotations, " they have a problem, something bad is wrong, they went south with all the deposit money,etc.,etc." Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  10. Wow! I can't believe it been a year already. It been freaking awesome. This forum changed my life...as if I didn't ve enough hobbies already but I really live this $h@t now. I don't post too much but I ve been here soaking a lot of knowledge. I had a couple of Gen Rollies pre-RWI but I knew I could make my reps almost as good as Gens...or I @least be creative. So I started the search for "the perfect sub" and I have not looked back since. It's wasn't easy to get modders to work with me....actually none worked with me.....only now vendor CWAZY1 for my relumes and JMB on RWG for machining. So I started working on my own $h&t. And I ve built or modded a lot of watches in the past 12months. Here are a few Breitling vintage 7734 Rolex 6425 Explorer 1016 "sandblasted" Chronos Chrono 2 Vintage GMTs Custom Pilot MOP DJ And about 20more in the pipeline. Thank you RWI and RWI members....can't do it without you guys. S/O to CWAZY1... I will be forever loyal. It's me Stone P

  11. I still remember the dark day you put that watch up for sale. It was a Thursday and it was raining. I felt the earth move. Another vote for the 1665!

  12. keep the 1665!! My first rep from the forums (8 years ago now) was a legendary MBW Double Red. I had Palpatine mods and a gen T39 Superdome, and loved it so much that I sold some bodyparts to fund a gen. The 1665 is a stunning watch, and wears bigger than its 40mm
