  1. In general i've noticed that folk around this place are gentlemen beyond reproach - and a cut above most of the other rep forums in terms of etiquette. However, without mentioning names I need to vent a little... As an EU based member I quite like to buy my reps from an EU source which normally means M2M sales. This means having to wait patiently for the desired models to come up and then i have to move quick when they do. So... when I contact a seller just minutes after a watch is listed for sale with a really committed asking price offer... which is then accepted and payment details and address exchanged... I get a little bent out of place when the seller then tells me he's sold it to somebody else who sent payment before me. And to be clear i'm not talking about sending payment 24 hours later this was 30 minutes!! Anyway seller apologised, refunded me, and I pointed out my frustrations and the world moves on... Its only watches right :-) Please remain honest and true gentlemen above all else guys.

  3. You can find Adrian on the Homageforum and on eBay but his prices are about $20 more on eBay. http://www.homageforum.com/viewforum.php?f=66

  4. Well said. I've rebuilt my 1963 Land Rover from the front bumper to the back. There's not a bolt or hose or gasket on it that's more than 5 years old. It's loaded with aftermarket parts from all over the world. I think the only original parts left are the Lucas ignition switch and some glass and sheet metal. So is it still a Land Rover?

  5. The next step is to replace the 2mm shouldered springbars with 2mm shoulderless bars so we can see springbar tips. Otherwise, there's no point in having lugholes if you are going to use shouldered bars. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

  6. Here's a link to a NOS build. Beautiful: http://www.watchwallpapers.com/smrebe.htm I don't think the rep case will accept any gen parts the proportions are different. Even the dial is a couple of mm larger on the rep.
