Let's face it, the EU originated 40 plus years ago as an economic and military alliance to contain the Soviet empire's plans to take over the West. In other words, this was a matter of avoiding to go to war with the Russians, starting the third global confrontation in the century. And it worked, as in 1989, the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact collapsed without a single shot and peace was secured. Today we have the chanced to do the same. Just take a look at the mess in the Middle East and the millions of refugees without a place to go. This is time for unity not division. I hope somebody has some sense so as to prevent the the next catastrophe that Trump, Putin and Farage could bring to the world as Hitler, Mussolini and Chamberlain did in 1938.

Come on....this is getting ridiculous with these builds. My interpretation: "Hey guys let me show you these pictures of my build of parts you will never find a single one of let alone all of them in one place. But don't worry, I have them all and assembled them into a watch that will make you hate every watch you own. Here look, look look at these pictures in super high resolution taken with my 40 million mega pixel camera with all the perfect angles and lighting. That's right, breath it in. Scroll through each one and open them all up individually and zoom in and really appreciate how amazing what I have done is. Now stare down at the crappy TC on your wrist which you thought was cool because you added a gen insert. Can you feel what I'm feeling...that's right, your watch sucks, it's a turd." :-) I don't even know what else to say dbane. That thing is like staring at Jessica Simpson pictures from the Dukes of Hazzard movie. (Note no other pictures of JS just those). I'm in awe and envy of what you've created. It's freakin art not a watch.

I agree with muleplay. If there were no damages from shipping (Although to be honest I have had watches arrive DOA from members a couple of times. Well packed in bubble wrap and inside a hard box. We worked out a deal to split the costs of repair 50-50 and everyone was reasonably happy.

A repair split is fair and reasonable in context of doing business with members here. For example, I sold a piece that was damaged in transit and offered to pay for or source a new part. I also forwarded the USPS receipt so the buyer could file an insurance claim of $50 if he so chose. The member was pleased that I offered to remedy the situation quickly and ultimately never took me up on the offer. He found an extra part in his parts bin. The receipt of services rendered should be sufficient given your 96 feedback score. With a rating like that, I know you are not out to graft someone for a repair job. Perhaps provide your repairman's contact information so he may personally verify the issue and services rendered? I don't think the pictures, whether taken or not prior to the repair, are the issue. Good faith dealing assumes you found an issue and had it resolved....therefore a good seller will acknowledge this point and cover half of the repair to make the piece operational.
