Thank you for helping us out. The "crazing" appeared to be only on one side in my case... I assume that both side's coatings need to be removed right? I will be sending in one more for the current run (total 2) Probably you will be getting them end of next week.

damn... I can't understand it either... I did NOT rub it with anything but a super fine microfiber cloth... and please tell me what is "COmmon sense when cleaning coated crystal"? The outer coating seemed to be perfect fine after the same treatment (same cloth and cleaning motion)... so... should I send you the coated crystal or should I try to strip the coating? or should I just forget about it? ... I guess somehow I ruined the whole thing.

See pictures added... should I remove it and wash it with soup?? I tried Lens Cleaner spray... it didn't work.

I've always had great experience with Jay, however, communication can be improved... but that can be compensated by the "discounted" price you are getting... So there is always a trade off. if you can bear that, silix is the best place to shop. or you can go "Trusty"

Jay (silix) is a stand up guy, I've dealt with him many times... so far the Best in my book.

Hey guys, thank you all for the comments. I sent the picture (same one posted) and the "collector" said he couldn't see/understand what I was referring to... CAN someone here help me to explain "better" to him? I want a replacement dial or a new watch... 1st batch of the 3717 are MUCH better than the current ones... hold your horses if you are in the market... make sure your "collector'' inspect the watch before shipping... QC will always be the problem.

right, but be really careful... mine came with some tiny scratches in the coating... oh well, i will live with that...

Guys, i got my fish today too... with a 3717... but couple of the lume dots were messed up... ruined a beautiful watch. oh well... the AR is AMAZING Though... love it.

I have been wanting the 3717 for a while, after read so many great reviews, finally pulled trigger - alone with a gen croc strap and a set of ETA date/day wheels ordered. Got the watch today... what can I say? very disappointed. THe dial is crap. The hour makers were not good quality at all... I tried on the GEN at a AD and the rep is not even close. The date wheels are in need of getting replaced right away and crystal needs to be double coated... but that is not the biggest problem... just wondering, how many of you guys are happy with the dial?? am I getting the crapy ones now?? See picture, I don't have my Close-up camera right now, but you get the idea... the marker looks like to be a 2 stickers type. mine got one sticker missing... the 12 oclock marker is a glue job done by a 10 years old with school glue. let me know what you guys think... Also got the SFSO, amazing watch... however the lume dots on the dial are shiet... am I asking too much?

Just a quick question for the expert, do INGY Chrono (running 6) and non-chrono version use the SAME stainless Steel bracelet?? I have a carbon strap and wanted to get the steel band... just want to make sure they are the same... from the look of it, they look very identical. Please let me know... thanks!
