  1. Maybe eddie could confirmed who from the list has payed up and who has not??
  2. Can't wait to receive mine Eddie!
  3. Thanks Richard! My PM has been sent to Eddie. Really looking forward to it!
  4. My PM has been sent. Really looking forward to it!
  5. I've used a soldering iron to head up the cyclops (and thus the bonding agent) and it simply slid off... then wiped the rest off and presto. YMMV of course.
  6. What's a 63C? We'd all be getting the same, latest (and final) version of the 063 yes?
  7. I'm in for a 063 @ $435. Don't tell my wife. Seriously.
  8. I wish I could afford a 063
  9. Trust me, if your wrist is smaller than 7", you'll like like Flavor Flav - only the clock will be on your arm and not around your neck
  10. How big is your wrist? The 127 is huge, and if you aren't used to big watches it might blow your mind. And Andrew (TWG) is awesome - have never heard a bad thing about him (and he's always very helpful in answering questions).
  11. Did you unscrew the crown and actually wind the watch?? Or just shake it hoping the rotor would wind it???? You need to hand wind it all the way up first... then through normal movement the rotor will keep it wound
  12. Wow - very fugly.
  13. Next best thing - a beanbag...
  14. You've got a bad case of camera shake there!! I'd recommend a tripod
  15. I agree completely with this. Not seeing a price makes me think there is something to hide...
  16. veni, thanks for all the shots - can you tell me what brand/model 3 of your straps are? The two pictured below as well as the one on the fiddy in the group shot...? Thanks
  17. Best post ever. Alwyn don't feel too bad, you'll look back at this and laugh some day
  18. I'd like to buy a 111 or a 127, however my wrists are only 7.25" (max). I like the old school look of the 127 better than the 111 (at least from the pics I've seen) and I"m worried that a 1950 might look way too huge on me... Can anyone post some wrist shots of these models for me (or point me in the right direction)? My daily beater is a sub rep and I'm pretty comfortable with that size but willing to go slightly larger. Also, would the fit and finish of the 111 and 127 be considered comparable? Are either of them from any vendors actually water resistant?? Cheers!
  19. Looking for a black bezel version - all of the examples I've seen have terribly huge pearls and a short seconds had... anyone have a rep that's close??
  20. I hope you own that coffee shop, otherwise there is no way anyone would believe it to be real... I also wouldn't have told him unless he asks - IMO it's sort of a kick in the balls to someone who owns the real deal to tell them you own a rep... (but that's just my opinion)
  21. Blancpain 50 fathoms - someone make it happen!!
  22. Thanks for the replies guys - in my 4 month absence from the other RWG I had forgotten all about MBW & WM's red subs (duhhhh!). Unfotunately for me, a WM/MBW red sub with joe mods (which, IIRC comes to about $400+) is too much money for me right now... Guess I'll have to settle for a black Planet Ocean...
  23. I know this doesn't fit your criteria, but I got my wife a women's yachtmaster which she loves... looks great on her wrist.
  24. I'm looking to add a red sub to my collection, but know very little about them... I've done as much research as possible, but they aren't nearly as talked about as regular subs... So my question is - who is really happy with their red sub, can you post a pic or two, and where did you get it (feel free to PM that info to me to keep it private). I'd really appreciate the help in selecting one. Cheers!
  25. hehe I'm not a big fan of the colamariner Anyone have any suggestions on which dealer's red sub is the closest (PM me if you'd like) Cheers
