    I am building a 3646 panerai it has a NOS unitas movement and the stem for it is 120. I am putting a Genuine rolex 7mm crown/tube on it which reguires a 90 stem. There is no room between the case and movement to use an adaptor stem 120/90, any ideas? Could you grind the unitas stem to fit the Rolex crown and lock tite it in? Tom
