Thanks guys.. I busted a Clark trying to fit it..lol good thing they are cheap! The plexi is too thick so when I to fit it to the inner part and then try to put the bezel over it it just doesn't fit. I will try another. I will wait for you fxrandy.

But I asked him about the V23 last week and he told me to scrap that- didn't recommend it. This seems different. I just emailed him to confirm. Some one else over at RG was told that there is a V72 clone and that is what sparked my interest.

I just bought a DW and either his english has improved, he upgraded his translator, or he has an English speaking partner because communication has been flawless.

Btw so far he has been excellent in communicating with me.

Well according the one Rolex expert and Rep dealer premadonna aka Josh you guys know nothing and these a perfect. Here is what the man himself told me Hi, there is nothing wrong with the dial. Back in the 60s.. Rolex is never consistent with dials.. When I make.. it is one of the version.. it is definitely correct .. Dont be misled by the smart alecs at the forums... they are post speculative remarks.. Not many people see this watch in person.. I admit I have never seen it .. But i have tons of material and rolex ref books to back my replication... Its shows all the dials made by rolex over different period. Thanks joshua

I like 3 and 4. Now the problem is that I want to stay on a budget and although a spinmaster would be ideal, right now I am not willing to fork $600 on a watch I might not use as often as my Panerai's. Am I willing to risk it? Not sure. Does DW ever sell complete watches that don't don't collapse on you? Lol! I have a few watches that will sell to fund this so I have a bit of time to consider. Also this will be my only Rolex..since I am getting rid of two subs-- I don't like the attention they attract.. Prefer watches nobody has a clue as to what they are and for a Rolex these are pretty inconspicuous from a distance.

What bothers me the most are not the flawed subdials or hands of these new daytonas but the huge Rolex font! The PN is the only option for me (the font is closer to gen) and it is not my favorite combo unfortunately. edit: I am also waiting to see if they release my favorite of the bunch, 6265..
