  1. Looks like a very gen Breitling datewheel on the Auto.
  2. It doesn't need a lume job.
  3. Damn, that's a cool watch.
  4. No contest: ETA-powered SFSO.
  5. With mods or without? I'd say get a 3717 as it's a damned good watch as well as being a good replica. 3717 without mods: 3717 with gen ETA datewheels: GST ti with gen dial:
  6. define manipulation ... Are you talking colour balance, noise reduction, dust removal or are you talking taking three photos and making a montage?
  7. I believe it's a rejigged 7750, no?
  8. Will we allow EXIF data for dating?
  9. My Saturday watch was as yesterday, the 3717, until after I'd finished cooking (hence the chrono) and then I was able to slip into my TTK Noobmariner LV. I've still not taken any more photos of this, so it's only this pic, I'm afraid.
  10. That's why I'm happy with a one-pickup guitar and NI Guitar Rig. I'm not good enough to need to spend any more money than that. Besides, if I ever felt the need (and was hit by a lightning bolt that magically made me a good guitarist) I'd raid my brother-in-law's studio for guitars and toys.
  11. Yes, but it'd sound great!
  12. Poseur.
  13. Our guitar (well, Mrs Pugwash's) is this one: It's a Gordon Smith and sounds good through NI Guitar Rig.
  14. Wah wah wah! You got your Aquaracer, it's not fair.
  15. Spoken like someone that's never been caught up in a sword fight in Japan ... obviously you need both hands free for a Katana.
  16. I am feeling a draw to this. I really feel the need for a GMT Chrono. Anyone got any work for a UNIX Sysadmin?
  17. If you wear the 7750 constantly, it never needs winding. The Seagull ST19 gets about 36-42 hours on one complete to-the-stop winding.
  18. Friday has been a Pilot Chrono 3717 day.
  19. I wonder if I'll be able to find the dial separately to put in this to make a SS version?
  20. Can you change the "Next Month" to the name of the month? It looks silly seeing the August post date and no watches by the end of the month after you made that post.
  21. Titanium rules.
  22. The Seagull (it really does have nothing at all to do with a Lemania) is not an automatic. The 7750 is an automatic. Which would you prefer, a more reliable movement or an automatic movement?
  23. I don't own one, but they look damned well built. TTK raves about the build quality.
  24. I'm sure Fendushi's avatar is a model.
  25. Not quite. What you're looking at is a 3D representation of a 4D hypercube. To make matters even more confusing, the pictures are 2D representations of a 3D representation of a 4D cube (hypercube). ... Oh dear, I've gone cross-eyed.
