  1. We had our cat Tony put to sleep recently as he was just too old to live without extreme discomfort. It was hard weighing his needs over ours and we were upset but went with his quality of life as the determining factor. It was very sad and I feel for anyone else who has to go through that.
  2. You can always just try reading my tutorials ... They're linked below my signature.
  3. And your photo skills!
  4. More information. You're not making sense.
  5. Don't take that scam bet. You give me $2 and I keep it. Ok, you win, have a buck.
  6. I believe this is the point of this thread. The potential loss would be reflected in the price, causing an increase in prices as customs activity increased. Or, creating an opt-in insurance option on the purchase.
  7. 37 days
  8. Customs isn't the dealer's concern then. It's yours. I'm not particularly comfortable with your point of view, to be honest.
  9. Is this one of these "He supposedly died in a hijacked plane" stories or is it more like "The plane is a bomber" type?
  10. One One one Two ones One two and one one. One one, one two and two ones...
  11. You what? You don't care if dealers get scammed? Did you just say that or is it a typo?
  12. or "Which Door would the other guy say hides the Daytona", yes.
  13. Sorry, I'm not going to let this lie. If you honestly think that when we get a puzzle right we've cheated, why bother asking? Do you think no-one is smart enough to figure them out?
  14. 11=eleven=6 12=twelve=6
  15. There are no cartels. The price raise was proposed to cover insurance. I honestly believe that the buyer's risk (and transparent shipping costs) pricing will be an option. A $90 watch, $20 shipping, proof of postage, you're on your own. Or, $90 watch, $20 shipping, $30 insurance and you'll get a watch no matter how many attempts it takes. This is how I see it.
  16. Who, me? I think the speed and volume of my answers here speaks for itself.

  18. Two men are standing in fron of two doors. Behind one door is an Ubi El Primula Daytona, behind the other a Palbundi Urina Tourbillon with razor-tin crown guards. One of the two watch guards always tells the truth, the other always lies. You can ask one question of one guard and that's your lot. What is your one and only question?
  19. Knight takes pawn.
  20. No. Luckyy was German and Eric was Serbian, for a start.
  21. Well, bugger. Too late, I suppose.
  22. He remembered the clock was broken. He looked back instead to his Trusty Watch. "Guy said he'd fixed the clock last service," he said to himself, chuckling inside. As the 2nd movement died down, he had Time To Kill the CD before the third started, as it wouldn't do to be depressed at this time. that piece was the one that reminded him of the Precious Time he spent with the beautiful twins before their death, Perfect Clones of one another, yet different in every way. He would Aspire to rid himself of those torturous bitter-sweet memories of hope and loss and keep his thoughts Pure. "Time to go," he thought, slipping the car into gear as he planned his dinner, a farewell dinner fit for a King. "Watch the road," he thought, remembering how the Thai watch sellers would run out into the road, accosting the tourists with their cries of "Narikaa, Lolex!" He would have to drive carefully, several hours and considerably more miles away, towards his final dinner with his friend Eddie. Lee couldn't make it, which shocked him as he was the gloating type ...
