  1. Hi Peter, welcome to the forum, you'll find a lot of interesting info here. Cheers from Vienna.
  2. I got the blue dial one, it has stopped recently and I have to get it repaired, other than this it's a nice watch.
  3. Don't swim with it, believe me.
  4. Take a 2 component epoxy adhesive and cure it at elevated temperatures (60
  5. There were some legal issues with rwg and josh's and trusty's homepages. Cheers
  6. Please remove the link, it's suboptimal to post dealer's links in the forum after all that's happened. thx psda
  7. If I survive the waiting I'll also go for one.
  8. Hi Stephane, happy to hear that yours have arrived. I'm still waiting for my 1680, so it should also come home soon. Your 1680 looks really nice, I guess it's worth the wait. Cheers, psda
  9. Hi TTK, I think you're absolutely right with what you stated. We have to be as careful as can be, otherwise this will end before it really started. Cheers psda
  10. I've sent my funds already long ago. Somebody know what's going on here?
  11. Completely right, look at their football hooligans.
  12. The pictures are showing the watch that is for sale, it will be sold privately as pictured (the German santence is not German either). The buyer gives up his right given by to EU liability law for used items. No redemption or exchange. I guarantee for the accurateness and the above made statements concerning state and specs of the watch. Cheers, psda
  13. I think Ronnie makes about 24 mio euro per year. But look at that poor sod Maradona, arguably one of the best football players of all times, but now a complete jerk. I cannot imagine that a guy like Ronnie once will end up like that.
  14. Kelvin- Borne in Northern Ireland, died in Scotland, I think nowadays he'd share your football predilections.
  15. It'll only get colder than -273,15 °C in the UK, thank god. Anyway, the Scots seem to be screwed between -114,4 and 78,37 °C:D
  16. 19... with 30 years of experience.
  17. With Precious Time I had no problem.
  18. Up to now Austrian customs have opened all of my parcels (except those of PT), in one case they let me send the bill to them, in another case they let me pay some minor amount of money and in the last case (Davidsen from Hong Kong) the parcel was checked but customs was zero. I guess they looked at the PVD PAM as some inexpensive fashion watch. Bottom line: In this country every suspect mail, especially if it's from Asia is being checked.
  19. Led Zeppelin, Stadthalle Vienna back in the seventies. Dazed and confused, etc. I was deaf even the day after.
  20. Hi SWATCHman, thanks, please pm me how to reach that guy, German is not a problem- I've been speaking it for a big part of my life. The Zigmeister was also my first thought but I was worried about customs. EUR 140 nevertheless is roughly what the watch cost me. Cheers, psda
