  1. Thanks dude! But who is Bill Yao (pardon my ignorance)
  2. erm........afganistani group sex ads seem to get the most attention around here
  3. OH MY GOD! The whole thing probably cost nearer $800-$1000 including the original watch, and total shipping charges. NEARLY $1000!........FOR THAT! Sorry but thats a really bum deal. I know its not easy to do any of these mods, and i myself dont have the first idea, but i know what i consider to be a reasonable standard of work that reflects the price paid for the job, and this is nowhere near it.
  4. Apparently, his uncle just repossesed it from a german he killed........ .....as you do, obviously!
  5. Absolutely great post! I wonder if the paneristi mob have figured this out!?
  6. Yeah for the seatimer www.cousinsuk.com said they have some on order, but it will take 4-6 weeks! (Thanks alot for the link Mickey Padge!) Any other ideas? BTW the original movt in the seatimer is the Cartier caliber 049, which is just a decorated eta 2892-a2! .....the possibilities are endless! :evil-laugh:
  7. I think it just sits really well on the wrist. I was a bit worried about the size, as im used to PAMs, but it is actually fine, and feels alot better than the Navitimer i had and then sold because it was too small. I cant find a flaw bar the datewheel. Even the band has screws on every link like the original. With a new datewheel, this would be pretty much 1:1, and all it would need then would be a decorated ETA 2893-A2 (what cartier call their Caliber 049) which you would never see anyway as it has a solid back.
  8. Thanks alot! I gave them a call so hopefully they can get hold of one!
  9. I would agree, i too have a very large wish list! But at the price, these are a steal. Change the datewheel to black and you couldn't find another flaw.
  10. Hi all. Title says it all really. Can anyone help source a black datewheel for an eta 2836? I have tried looking on ofrei, but i cant make head nor tail of the site! Thanks alot
  11. FLAWS: Needs a black date wheel. THATS IT!!!! ONLY 1 FLAW!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! BUY AS MANY AS YOU CAN RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
  12. FAKE. Recessed pin Old style bridges, only ever seen in the PAM036.
  13. Quartz stopwatch chronograph
  14. Hi mate. Sorry, but its not even close to a gen. *SUBDIALS WAY OFF AND OUT OF POSITION *CROWN GUARD WAY OFF *HANDS.......OH GOD! Not as accurate as the models our dealers carry with the running seconds @6, or even some of the earlier versions.
  15. This one came with the watch, but i know they're expensive and a bit hard to come by. Very nice straps though. Thanks for the compliments, but they should be directed at V, cos he really put everything together.
  16. Yes..........it was meant to be. Now i need a 213! BTW the watch has a super lumed dial and polished pushers, and was bought from a very very nice guy, who im sure is gonna put the money into something that will blow us all away very soon!
  17. Speaking of reps, do you think there's a market for rep clocks like these? I'VE SEEN SOME PANERAI CLOCKS GOING FOR OVER $1000!!!
  18. And with her older sibling, who has a new WHITE second hand (i was bored, so i changed the silver one!)
  19. Well follwoing on from the Garfield HydroNaut...... I have the Mr. Incredible (Breitling) Emergency! LUME SHOT ALERT!!!!!
  20. Well id have to sell my house to buy the car..... So i guess after that, all id need is a wall to hang the clock on!
  21. It reminds me of the car display in Back To The Future! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PANERAI-FERRARI-SCUD...1QQcmdZViewItem
  22. It works on a 196. but thats not much help to you. that pvd is beautiful btw.
  23. So basically, the guy's grandad and uncle shot 2 german divers during the war and stole their watches. Maybe i should go to one of the paneristi GTG's and shoot everyone!
