I put the Kodiak on, cos it's lightweight and extremely waterproof. I added a brushed ss deployant buckle for convenience. The tan color compliments the black dial and the orange minute hand. I am getting really positive comments about this watch now. -O

no reps. Gen is wonderful. If you can swing it, buy it. -O

It seems like people are jumping on Elliot here for stuff which has happened in the past. Since posting here he has been courteous and reasonable. I feel like everyone should be given the benefit of a doubt, and we enjoy any contributions to the forum and offers he would like to make to the site's members. I don't believe hat anyone is actively 'shutting it down' more, simply being alowed to slowly die off. I look there occasionally as well, just to see who's lurking. -O

I have been and will always be a Zenith fan. The El Primero movment is the best movement out there. If you look around eBay, you can get a Rainbow or Port Royal for around the kind of money you are talking about. The Port Royal is nice because it makes a decent dress watch, but could be worn for almost any occasion. UNderstated and elegant. No pretense. -O

you know, I think they are about 14y/o. Of course they did not look like that when I was 14... -O

The Zigmeister, I have been a watch fanatic for most of my life, and have endevoured to take a few of them apart from time to time, to see what makes them tick , but I have learned so much from your posts since becoming a member of the other forum.
