Hi there @ all Audemars Piguet lovers

Decided to post this, because obviously there hasnt

been much discussion about differences concerning

the "old" first run or batch model of the

AP Royal Oak mbk/mbw version and the new version...

Yes, its right... i wouldnt call this properly a

continuation of the so called "ceased" model.

To be more precise its a "new version" of the old

mbk AP RO jumbo 15202ST replica with major

differences to the first run!

Another thing i couldnt fully understand is

why nobody else beeing so picky about other reps

and rehauts pointed this new flaws out, although

there have been already some successful attempst

made to mod this replica by respected members here...

There have been WG Plating - by RedBig...

and for example Screw-Fitting, Hands-moding by Randy/Ubi

Not to foget moding the bracelet which i also

did on 2 of my reps - this is an urgent mod for comfort!

The 15202 has a see through case back that we want to eliminate to hide the cheap ETA. So a 15002 is the only solution.

i understand...

anyway, a closed case-back or see-thru is

less obvious than a "false" dial

because of the imprint "automatic" at

the wrong place and different hour markers/hands.

If mr.N**piek is willing to replicate a

15002 dial, that sounds good.

To my knowledge there has never been a decent

15002ST replica concerning the watch-dial.

Even the "new" jumbo 15300ST replica is closer to gen

and they did a very good job with the dial

and markers.

Bigest problem will be the dial.

I saw some gen 15002 dials on the bay and on the

net from time to time - pricing is 200,-

AP 15202ST Guys...

Seems like some members

"lost" their AP-Knowledge...

This is the model the mbk replica

tries to imitate.

Congrats to Germany. I didn't expect much of the England team... no Liverpool players there that I could think of so what did they expect ?

It's also great to see such diversity in the German team now... the star is of Turkish origin, those of Ghanaian, Tunisian, Iranian, Jewish (I think) as well as German origins... reflects more of how Germany is these days ... and middle finger up to the Nazis

Anyway, football-wise, Germany looks to have a bright future... I feel that the national team hit their peak in 1996, and only through force of will, have remained competitive. None of the recent teams match upto 1974, 1990, 1996, etc.
