Are you saying that interest in reps is only for the not so picky?
I actually think that the crownguard on the Euromariner is better looking then the gen.
I think the flaws are very obvious, every part looks different. The 5min markers on the dial, the shape of the bezel, the font and color on the bezel insert, the CG, the engraving, the bracelet, the crown and so on...
The shade of green on the glass looks wrong compared to a gen:
The font looks really of, gen:
And on the back the font is way to thick, and shouldn't the sticker say 116400GV?
I'm starting to really love this, maybe the most spectacular sub:
Are there any good Rep's of this model?
Of course I could mod a regular euromariner whit the gen dial en bezelring insert, but I think that would be really expensive!
What are the presentors of the tv show Fifth Gear wearing?
I can't make out what watches they are wearing at Chanel 5s Fifth Gear.
Anybody know?
Jason Plato is often wearing some Gold Pam. But some times wheres some other super expensive watch often more expensive, then the cars he tests.
Tom Ford, has a diver I cant pin point, it looks like a big Citizen mixed whit a Coram.
I have searched but found no reviews of purtimes submariner how dos it fare to the Euromariner and WM9?
And whats not so perfect?
This is as stated, important as it wont be as easy to mod when PVD'd.
A 1:1 copy of the SD would be stunning!
Hm looking at some more pics of gen. The 5min marks still looks a bit thin on the sample from Puretime if compared to:
Gen SD:
Why is the ETA 2824-2 called ETA 2836-2 in the REP community?
The ETA 2836-2 is a day/date version of the 2824-2 (=only date).
What ETA movment are they actually using?
Many REP's also just state that they use a ETA, but not what model, are they using ETA-2840 or what?
ubiquitous, do you have a source or ETA 2892-2, they are really hard to come buy?
How about the different grades from ETA, the Standard, Elabore, Top and Chronometer?
