  1. waaait....fastest was 4 days from hk...usually it's 5-8 days from taiwan/china..10 days from the states..longest was 2.5 weeks from taiwan. i'm in adelaide by the way..
  2. haha, i agree, it's addictive..now looking back at the amount of money spent, i could easily have bought a pam88 with money left over for some dirks and DZs... 35 straps : 5 pannies in current rotation..be warned.....u'll end up like this: :P:P
  3. thanks for the suggestion but..well, i've tried my friend's real fiddy early last yr and i've decided that the size is just too big for my 6.5" wrist. although the distortion and case shape makes it appear smaller than 47mm on the wrist, the lugs extends 2-3mm away from my wrist and if u look at it straight on, u can only barely see the straps at the lugs only and not the curve around your wrist, kind of like putting the watch head without the strap on ur wrist, gross! and i doubt a 47mm which wears horribly will get into my rotation of watches..44mm luminors all the way!
  4. yupz, i know, can tell the difference between a luminor and a radiomir ..but kind of interesting tho, wonder will the 44mm fiddy appeal to most pple..the main attraction of the fiddy, imho, is its size and crystal distortion..this fantasy model has none of that..should i buy it should i buy it should i buy it? nah, i'll wait and see..
  5. what the.... http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y209/watc...version%2044mm/ a 44mm swiss panerai radiomir? interesting..my 6.5" wrist will be VERY happy....
  6. giving my arm a lil workout yesterday and today..
  7. i so agree, davidsen pvds are da bomb... for those who think that the davidsen pvd's are too black and matt, it's not. i gently polished mine with cape cod and a jewel cloth, now it's nice and grey with a bit of sheen.
  8. thanks for such a warm welcome. :) -adrian
  9. wear it for a month, let it collect all the scratches....then polish it at the end of the month with cape cod..works wonders, esp those swirl marks on the bezel near the crown from repeated winding.. p/s: i've polished the brushed bezel on my pam024 with capecod..it's THAT good..
  10. a modded davidsen PAM009 on a toscana: the dial:
  11. hi to all, i've been a lurker for quite a long time (since rwg1 started..) and have decided to come out of my shell and say hi to everyone. i'm from sunny singapore and am currently studying in adelaide, south australia. i've a skinny asian wrist but love PAMs and other big diver watches. rgds, -adrian
