That's a bad Mf on a bracelet. Just put mine back on it now. Imo, 063 & 196 are made for bracelets.

Whole heartily agree. I`ve had my 063 for 6 months now, and still loving it. Also I never gave much thought to mods on watches, but now seriously considering the upgrades on this one.

No-[censored], the only 2 times I was ever called out I did the same thing. Both pointed out non issues with the watch. One guy I actually showed him the flaws. He is now a member here. The second, was such a Drunken Bottom feeder that who, gives-a-[censored]. As always, the people here have a far greater knowledge of what a Gen should look like, and the flaws.

Piece of advice, make them physically hold 1 for you. The on-hand counts are only so-so good for Retail Stores.

Awhile back on the another site, someone had a Baseball strap that had a great color for a Pvd. I mailed the guy and he graciously gave me some insight on how he worked it over. After I acquired 1 of these, a couple of coats of glove oil, and some Kiwi Oxblood polish. Here's the results. If you like the dark red-rust for Pvd, this is Bitchin. Could`nt resist my trio, 63c with bracelet, and 196 with a TC strap.

Yeah, this 1 has more red flags than the UN.

I have Pams Rollies reps ect, some comments. I get the most questions and stares from my gen corum bubble chrono.

I do not, or have had any contact with Joe on repairs or mods. But the idea that you should send $25.00 to send a watch back after so long is pretty extreme. Overnight is cheaper than that.

I`ve had 1 for a couple of months and a nice piece. Blue hands I took off and removed the blue paint. Looks a helluva lot better and closer to the Gen. Case, & bracelet are pretty good. Won`t accept Gen. leather bands though.
