I do believe the hands and dial fit. In the general discussion section, someone has done just that.

Great choice! Black strap + Navitimer = unbeatable combo! Wear it well!
-
Yes that's the latest 'ultimate BCE'
-
Still waiting...........
-
Glad to see some black strap pics, I was wondering whether to get a black rubber strap for my white dial when it arrives. I think I may well do that now!
-
I'm not so sure. I think the BCE is double AR, the Davidsen Pams are single inside coated AR, and these 'light AR's are nothing but some sort of tint on the inside of the crystal, they have no anti-reflective properties what so ever. My navitimer reflects like a mirror, there is some sort of pale blue tint compared to a standard crystal, but not anti-reflective in any way.

There are some pictures kicking around somewhere in this section. It looks awesome on the blue rubber strap!!!
-
Well Im glad that it didn't turn nasty! Be careful going into AD's especially if the watch you are wearing is one that they are an official dealer of. If I'm wearing a watch that is a rep, I make sure they don't closely inspect it.
Glad they were impressed, but don't let on about the forum to them

What is this 'language' or way of typing called?

Ouch!
Love the sound of a wastegate fluttering

Good work! Im now going to raid the kitchen cupboard for a scotch pad

If you're wanting it to fit under a cuff, its best to go for the SMP. The chrono is a thick watch, and it is very hesistant to stay under a shirt cuff. I only wear mine casually, as it it a bit too big to wear with a shirt.

Ahhhhhh.... that is correct... which is why i ask... look at the thread(s) on both this board and RWI... you'll see people, many, willing to go thru the process, pay, try..... to mod a better font. That said, if people are willing to do that..... i would bet they would pay a couple $ xtra to have one. much like the pre buy of months ago for the mod'd EVO. just a thought
You are completely right. There is a process of a watch being released and then it being upgraded and resold as the next generation at a later date.
I have lost count of the amount of Planet Ocean's that have been released over the time I have been on this board. It seems to have got to a point where the Ultimate BCE is the final edition. If it's not, it might be a long time before another is released purely becuase it's just so damn good, there isn't that much to change.
Watches like the Steelfish, and basically the 'super reps' are unlikely to see a next generation in the foreseeable future.
This is just my view, I may be completely wrong and we may see one next week, who knows
-
You might be waiting for a very long time. It is unlikely the factory will bring out another generation of watches when it is almost 100% accurate already. It wouldn't be cost effective to do so. Also we have to remember it is only a rep, if you want it 100%, you'll have to buy the gen, there are always going to be some flaws somewhere, even if they are small!
-
Would be like wearing a jukebox on your arm. Looks very thick! I kind of like it!
-
You really don't notice the screws. The screws are only attaching the case to the bracelet, and then further around where the adjustment links can be removed, and these ones you hardly see.
-
Light AR means no AR
Single coated AR (on the insdie) can be seen on davidsens Pam's. There will be two reflections, one purple, and one normal. With inside coating you will still get some reflections.
With double coated AR (inside and out) it reduces all reflections so the crystal 'disappears' and gives very little in the way of any visible reflections on the crystal.
What you have there is a crystal without AR. I have a navitimer and it's exactly the same.....but not for long
-
Nice!!At that price buy the gen

Uh oh, there's the question... I believe it to be the Yellow one owned by The Beatles
Here is the link I would recommend to read for all of your sub questions. Read the post by Giomarni

what part of the bezel is mis-aligned? is the insert not aligned with the faceting? I haven't looked into this issue to know.
If you look at the bezel here you can see that the bezel has flat, and peaked parts on the outter part of the bezel. Notice at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock position, it is flat..
Now similarly at the same points notice here that it has a peak instead (this is the correct alignment for the Omega Seamaster....
-
I got mine from TTK and he kindly aligns the bezels before shipping them, a great dealer!B16a2:Did you get your bezel good out of box or have to do mod. If good from dealer who was dealer?
Ask yourself this question:"Will I actually use the chrono functions?"
If you wouldn't actually use them, go with the SMP. If you would, go for the chrono
Good point!
However, I never use the chrono functions on any of my watches, but the subdials add a different look to this watch over the standard one which I think makes it look better. That's just my view of the watch. Contrary to this, I prefer the standard Planet Ocean to the chrono version. Personal taste at the end of the day.

The only way to make it 100% to chronomat evo date font, is to get a genuine, take the date font out. Then get a 1:1 copy of the font, print them out for the 7750, and refit it all. This is a time consuming and difficult project and sounds far too simple the way I have just phrased it.
I would stick with the fontalready in there, no body will notice, unless they also have the same replica, or are outstandingly observant and in which case, they know far too much about Breitlings and their datewheels hehe
-
The AR coating on Breitlings is what gives them that final touch. It's awesome! Adds a totally different dimension to the watch!
-
Three of the other dial styles available for the replica. Black dial, Graphite dial and Black dial with silver subdials and diamond bezel.. The last one will cost you 2000USD! Pictures from Ruby, Pure Time and Andrew.
At first glance I thought the first one (left) was a genuine. Its only now that I re-read that bit I realised that was a replica also!
