  1. This is my Ocean 7 LM-7 with a gen NOS Semaster 600 dial. The crown and case have been sterilized as well. The lume on the dial, hands and bezel are amazing and match up perfectly. Enjoy the pics.
  2. Check out my latest project. It's an ocean 7 LM-7 with a gen Omega Seamaster 600 (ploprof) dial. The crown and case back are being refinished to remove the branding and a custom gasket fitted around the dial to mock the look of the original. Should be done very soon and I'll update the photobucket album. Here are the pics: http://s953.photobucket.com/albums/ae11/wrxzzz/watches/
  3. Who do I contact to have something similar done to my RB3. I'd like to have it replated too.
  4. Anyone know where I can have a chapter ring custom made?
  5. I have a ocean 7 LM-7 and gen omega ploprof dial. My watch smith has put the dial in for me but it is too small, leaving a 0.3mm concentric gap between the dial and case. I can't decide whether or not to go through with it! I love the look of the mat navy dial and the lume matches the hands and bezel perfectly. I'm just not sure if the gap will bother me too much to really enjoy the finished product. Below is a link to photos of the case with the gen dial installed. What do you guys think of the gap? Is it something I can live with or should I scrap the project? http://s953.photobucket.com/albums/ae11/wrxzzz/watches/
  6. motor city watch works will do the work. I am having it installed in an LM-7. I will have the case back sterilized as well as the crown. I'll post pics once it is completed.
  7. Here is a gen on the new isofrane strap. II ordered one of these for my LM-7. http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=372369
  8. I am looking for an omega seamaster 600m (ploprof) dial. I don't want to spend a lot on it so I was hoping to get a rep and have it lumed. Anyone know where to find a rep of the 70s ploprof dial? Is there a dealer who can source this for me? l
  9. Everything's bigger in Texas. ote name='mt666tm' date='19 May 2010 - 08:36 AM' timestamp='1274254578' post='836951'] Here is a 2-geek crystal: Here is the TX (freshly installed): It's a beast!
  10. Anyone selling the plate to mod the RBII?
  11. Can anyone confirm that the new ultimate HBBs have screw in crowns? Also, is it true that the gens have push in crowns? I'm parting out a V1 PVD black magic and want to know whether or nor to keep the case to for an ultimate ice bang project.
  12. I'm planning on ordering mine very soon. I love the way it looks on the mesh too. I just can't decide wheather I like the blue or black dial better. Any thoughts on which looks better?
  13. This is very inaccurate. Never a carbon fiber black magic, never a ceramic tuluga and never a polished bracelet like that.
  14. Why can't they just cut a window in the plate and show the real movement. I think that would look better but maybe not just like the gen. An that plate be removed from the movement to be modified?
  15. I was just told that titanium bezels have been made and will be available soon.
  16. I saw a post somewhere that there were rep tungsten bezels coming soon. I PM'd the poster but never got a response. Has anyone heard anything about these?
  17. if you mean PVD, mine was bad. It rubbed off on the corners very quickly so I got rid of the watch. It may have improved though. I had a BR1 RAID
  18. ABP or APB (I can't remember) straps can make you one. Google them.
  19. Even if they want to see the watch, just tell them it is a gift for your father. That's what I said when buying a gen choppard strap. The sales guy pushed for me to bring in the watch but I told him I couldn't.
  20. I like it! I'm waiting for the next version though.
  21. I buy all my watches from Josh. He will make it right every-time!
  22. I think he said it was a ceramic bezel on the lite. Either way I think you just have to live with the sharp edge. As for the piece of the case above the strap...I had the same problem but I was able to get it to seat properly by removing it and retightening the screws. it took a little work but finally I was able to get it flush.
  23. There isn't a scratch on it! I got it second hand but I'm not sure how much it was worn. I picked up the strap on watch net forum.
