  1. Hi all,

Whilst I'm new to posting, have been hanging around the forums for a couple of years, mainly as a lurker :)

But have decided to now enter in to the spirit of things and post a few comments.

And never forget, I am watchingu

    Welcome to the forum Watchingu....

  2. For a moment there you sounded like a new dlgates but lets face it this request comes from someone who has got 26 posts and no avatar  tell us all about yourself first ^_^

Don't worry Gran... You're already in compliance

I was gonna take the family to "Daniland" for vacation this year, but we just couldn't get the time off...

  3. I read a thread in this forum that suggests that for the Rolex models, Two Tone wear better than All Gold. Is this a generally held fact? And how much wear can on expect, for instance, how long before the gold in the all gold model begins to flake off?

    Les

I think the majority of folks here will tell you to go with all stainless on the reps cause the gold plating is not all that great.... However.... I think one of our dealers is selling TT models with solid gold midlinks on the bracelet that should last for..... Well as long as you own the watch...

  4. I am doing just that that... reading all the threads. One thing I notice, for instance you might mention someone named Joshua and your experiences with him, but no referrence to his site. Where can I research reputable dealer sites?

    Les

Look up at the top of the web page and click on "Links"

Inside there you'll find some links to our dealers web sites. Not all our dealers have web sites, but some do...

  5. Welcome to RWG Les :thumbsupsmileyanim:

and yes this forum will definetly help you :) but please read and search as much as possible

What Gran said.... Take your time and inform yourself.... Once you've done all the research you can stand, post your questions...

  6. I, too, have many good memories from the original RWG. However, such occurances make me thankful and appreciative that Ken, admin, and our admins and moderators took the appropriate steps to make sure we had a place to land. Their foresight in the matter allows us all to post another day :)

Thanks Ubi, that was the plan.... We knew it could/would happen eventually so we tried to plan ahead....

Having said that, the old site could come back. Really depends on the ISP. If they monitor the sites they host, it's possible they could bring it back up...
