  2. admin, if I said RWG2 that I was banned from I apologize...

it was RWG1 that I was banned in 2 hours.

As far as visiting your forum, which I think is a nice place, Mr. Willity, Mr. Raines and Mr. Haza Zadom have made it quite clear that they do not want me there......so I have nothing to offer in a place where I am not welcome.

I am sorry for any confusion.

    Elliot

Elliot, You can post here all day long. I simply chose not to buy straps from you that's all. Your probably a great person, but when you slammed people like me in the past, it's kinda hard to let go...

  3. You guys crack me up no shit. I get accused by cwai02 of scamming him and people are ready to jump on the plane. I went through a shitload of trouble to get him his watch back and do we hear a word about it F#$@ No. What would you do if you were to stop by someones house to straighten things out and it went wrong on you? Like guy pulls a gun and gives you 2 in the chest for your trouble. There are people out there that will do that.

I think the issue here is that you did not respond to his post therefore folks assumed it was all true ...

  4. That sounds like good news - but what about Neil's observation above concerning iPods only playing DRM-encoded files?

Your experience would tend to prove the opposite....

Not for sure, but "Itunes" may encode the mp3's as they are transfered over to your device. Not the actual Mp3's on your machine, but encodes them onto the ipod hard drive itself

  5. that is what i tought, otherwise thay wouldn't be the top seller of mp3 players!

You have to use there software package to get them onto the ipod itself, but thats no big deal either as most external pieces of hardware require some sort of method of transfering info from pc to device.

  6. That's kind of what I'm saying. With an iPod, you're locked into using iTunes as your unique source for music files.

For instance, my whole music collection has been downloaded off of other sources, and I'm under the impression that they will not be accepted by an iPod - which is why I've held off from buying one. Presuming that Watcher's wife already has a collection of music files, she's going to need an open-format player which will accept them. Either that, or purchase a new music collection through iTunes.

Once again, correct me if I'm wrong...

I had around 900 songs prior to getting my ipod (Downloaded from Napster, Kaza, Limewire, etc...) , and I had no problem putting them on there.
