I dont know about the AD's explanation, but it does kinda make sense. Most watches that are not meant for diving dont have AR,those that do have one sided AR only. Im no Pam expert but i think i know a well done rep when I see it. This 111 looks really good to my eye, and the price seems good to boot.

Although Im not crazy about the design of the watch I have to admit that the movement Is really something different/ special. This Is a new watchmaker who has some Incredible talent. From what I have read I understand that this is his first complication,cant wait to see his next project.

I have purchased 14 reps sense I arrived here almost two years ago. I have only had one serviced and it wasnt even a full service,just a little oil and regulation. Most of mine are A7750's and they are all running well. I guess you could say that I've ben lucky. But when you look at the rep community at large and the many purchases the members make each year....well there really are not that many complants, again when you consider the many purchases. I guess you have been unlucky, and that sucks,sorry. I wish you better luck on your next purchase,rep or gen.

This Is without a doubt the best "detailed" review of the 288 to date,will be hard to top. Thanks for your time and commitment to this board,very well done The rep Rad may not be perfect but dam It's close. I happen to love this model and It will be my next rep purchase for sure,thanks again for the fantastic review.

Everyone has there preference,In time you will probably find yours. If you dont enjoy drinking then you may not enjoy the whole "Scotch/Whiskey" experence. Have fun trying to figure it all out

Personaly I like the look of the Sinn better,I like Rolexes but im not crazy about them. The movements are not a factor for me,Eta or Rolex,dont think you can lose either way.
