I would go with the Tag carrera,unless you find the accurate Speedy,than I would say "toss up". I dont think the Carrera has any consistent Issues,any rep can have problems,even the very best of them,good luck with your decision

+1 This Is what I would do If the watch Is bad as you say It Is. Can you hear the rotor spinning while It's on your wrist? If not then this might not be a issue. Like already stated above,dont hand wind your auto reps,better to swirl/rotate It In your hand to power It up.
