Not bad...
-
I like it
Looks vintage but not battered!
-
I would actually hate you if you weren't such a nice bloke... lol
-
One seller is selling rep SOHs at
-
I think the dealers can get them but they are not a common buy - drop Mary a line with a picture and she might be able to find it for you!
-
The dial isn't even straight on the bottom one! LOL
-
I'm spotting variations on a theme here lol
-
I think AndyFXR has an account with Sellita?
-
-
I asked Mary previously about getting parts for these and the factory does not want to sell individual components, only complete watches
I think the black would definitely benefit from the 'colourless' Chief AR as the blue is perhaps a little too blue on the rep, but I'm too scared to get it taken apart lol
Scruffy - please post pics and who you got it from! I'm interested to see what you got. I also wasn't aware that there was a 22mm lug model - is it the 38mm model?
The rep bracelet on these I understood to be non-adjustable, therefore pretty much useless. I think the aftermarket mesh from SeikoPrince (on ebay) on mine looks pretty good, even if it's not gen
Does this look blingy??
I think it looks classy on mesh

in honor of Justin...my first "franken"...gen dial...a nice blue denim linen...
Lovely
Did you get the dial from a well known auction site? I've had my eye on similar...
Black SOH v2 for me today

Love that Tudor, mjmj!
Looks minty fresh!
Comex for me today

Great advice in this thread, chaps

Some great pics in this thread
Swiss ETA SOH sourced from Mary today!
-
Awesome, great bit of history to it too
It looks in great condition!
I'm going to use the oddball misfit excuse if anyone who's 'funny' about reps points out the incorrect 'DATE' on this one lol
My thanks goes to RolexAddict who I got it off, who sourced it and modded it as part of his ongoing experimentation towards getting an accurate rep of the 1675!

What am I wearing today? The one in the middle!
Gen?
I'm wearing this one today
-
Very nice
Good lume work too!
-
How the hell do people put these together?!?
-
I saw this in the window of an AD the other day - absolutely stunning dial but not very cheap.. lol
-
-
Wow.... must be stunning near the water! Had a sub along in the past as well and loved the 007 bond style but had the same issue as with all bracelet watches. they can't be resized easily along the poolside...
Good job this model from BK has the Glidelock clasp that can be adjusted in seconds...
-
Does the gen have a 2892? I can't remember!
You'd need to check the depth of the case v the depth of th movement.
-
As long as it's not some big bling watch no one will notice it. Keep it small.
I was going to say, I forgot to mention that the Glashutte above is 39mm as gen, not the 43mm of the rep, so if it's 100% accuracy you want you may want a different watch! lol
They're pretty rare though, AIUI, so you should be fine
Are all watch people ridiculously generous?
