  1. Hmmmmmm. Not so sure about this pumpkin. It looks smart compared to the Panda in the manner a Swatch looks smart compared to a "real" watch. Funky if a lot cheaper....
  2. Thanks guys. Story is moving at a snails pace, but I have now received a return address. Chancing it and sending back the watches.......and wondering if I will ever see any replacements... Wiser for now (at least a bit) and will definitely follow your advice.
  3. New to the world of replica watches I stumbled over a website called swissreplicawatches.com. Bought two watches and to my delight they arrived with DHL about a week later. Great! Well.....perhaps. As it turned out neither was quite what was promised. One, a Cartier Pasha replica was not the one I ordered. And it was missing a screw and crown where the bracelet holds the watch. But all in all a pretty well made watch, which seems to work and to represent a degree of value for money. The other , an A. Lange & Sohne replica (or fake or whatever....) was the model ordered but turned out to be of totally inferior quality. It looked cheap, felt cheap. And proved the point by coming apart within hours. Loose bits of movement rattling about in the case. And dead as a dodo. So I tried to get through to them. First two messages on the day of arrival (which was also the day of the demise of the Lange) via the website. Later via email to the dispatch department. For ages no reply. But then after a couple of weeks I received a response telling me how to wind a watch. Not perhaps a brilliant reply, but a reply none the less. And when I told them that I received a fairly prompt reply, which promised that I could change the watches to any one of the watches on their website. Very positive and very promising. So based on my previous experience I requested a confirmation that the two watches I was interested in would in fact be precisely as shown on the website. And.....well...so far nothing. This leads to to suspect that the company is a very small operation. It is based in China (at least that is where the watches are dispatched from). I also suspect that they just trade, have no quality control, struggle with English and yet...perhaps have good intentions. I am wondering how the saga will turn out in the end. And now I have discovered RWG. It looks really good. And it looks like there are quite a few others out there who share my newly found interest in replica watches. My question is: Does anyone out there have experience with swissreplicawatches.com?
