  1. OK... I got an itch, it's gotta be scratched...

It's been many years since I've ridden, I owned a few Harleys in my mid 20s, but haven't since then.

Now, I want a naked bike, something knarley, but not too big... I'm thinking 750cc max... I live in Bangkok, so it's gotta be small and maneuverable, the traffic here is horrendous

So far, I'm liking these (not in any order whatsoever):

Aprilla Shiver 750 (don't know if available here)

    Duc Monster 796

    Triumph Street Triple 675

Anyone have suggestions or comments? :victory:

  2. I've got so much good to say about this watch... just gotta keep going.

I spent the holiday swimming, diving and snorkeling with this 026 without a single glimmer of leakage.

Great watch, great build... definitely a keeper :thumbsupsmileyanim: :thumbsupsmileyanim:

If you guys can get any of these special build watches as they come out, they're well worth every penny!

Josh & Andrew are the best out there by a long shot IMO!

Kepp up the great work guys :victory::thumbsupsmileyanim:

  3. Hey Stevie.....I'm suurprised you could actually see  ! But I'm with you......we need some sharp pictures to enjoy that great collection of APs!:thumbsupsmileyanim:

    Sorry all...

But Hike... I just gotta say that's just about the finest ass I've seen that you've got there in your sig mate..:whistling::animal_rooster:

  4. It's the genuine DLC process, so it will be very tough... but any DLC coated watch can be scratched if scraped or smashed on a sharp, hard surface like metal, diamonds, rocks, etc...

It can also be dinged, as the metal is the same basic hardness, so if you bump it against a hard surface, or drop it, it will be dented.

If you scratch any DLC coated watch deeply enough, the steel will surely show through and can not be polished out, the same as with any genuine watch.

  5. I know there are reviews on this already, but thought to write one too, as this watch just deserves it in every way :thumbsupsmileyanim:

As in the title, all I can really say is that the new PAM 026K is a simply awesome rep... nothing extra to do with this, it's perfect out of th box... I hope these guys keep going down this road.

I got it with the black leather strap, which was nice, but replaced it with a CF strap so I could play in the water with it ;)

    Some points:

    DLC is even and beautiful

    All around finish is great

Crystal/AR is perfect, it just about disappears at some angles, really complimenting the dial details

CG and lever are great, smooth operation and snaps in as good as gen

Dial finish is spot on, fonts may be off under a loupe, but jeez LOL

    Lume is amazing

    High CP :-)

    Waterproof too!!!!

I may be wrong, but it sounds like a high beat movement

I believe this is by far the best Luminor out of the box, I feel great with it on my wrist!

  6. I've been smoking for about 36 years, since I was 14...

I hate it, it makes me feel bad, my loved ones hate it, and it's just plain nasty.

    So, I'm trying to stop.

I've tried patches, but I still want a cigarette.

I've tried hypnosis, but after a while, I still want to smoke.

It seems that I like the feeling of the cigarette in my hand, and the feeling of breathing in the smoke.

Last night, I happened by a stall at the market selling e-cigarettes, and gave it a try.

So far, I am pleasantly surprised!

I haven't smoked a real cigarette since, and I have 'almost' no desire to... More than any other time I've tried to stop.

Has anyone here tried these? What are your thoughts?

Any suggestions on the best brand/type?

  7. I had the iphone 2g, 3g, and 3gs... I gave apple the boot due to steve jobs' condescending attitude towards his customers:

"Just don't hold it like that" re antenna design flaw.

I have an HTC Desire, love it... it works great, but admittedly the iphone is still the slickest HW/SW combo available IMO
