My 192 has a Lello crown fitted - and I can confirm the Seagull movt takes a 0.9mm thread.
Not sure about T's crowns though, although you can easily get 0.9-1.2 adapters anyway.
Teeth wise, I'd suggest sticking to 48. The T60 is not as we know, accurate and although they look very good on Daylights with the same chrono case as the 192, I still think the 48 is the way to go on the Tanti.
DBR,
Thanks very much. I was just starting to remove the caseback and this saves me the work.
I'll definitely go with the 48. In fact I went with the 48 on my 188 and it looks great.
Any idea where I can get a LH crown guard?

If we don't get an answer I'll pull it out this weekend and measure it.
I haven't seen 192's with mods in a long time.

I need the stem size for the hand wind Lemania Asian movement.
Does it take a T48 or T 60 crown - .09 or 1.2
Anybody?
Thanks.

I'm betting you could get $400 for that old skool case in a New York second. Just try Rep Geek. They seem to be really into Pam mods.
-
Is it the old skool case?
-
tech,
I agree with you - but now I want both of them as they each have an element to them I really like a lot.
Thanks for all the assistance on what to look for in a watch.

the 088 in my sig is a super franken based on the ultimate 088 I bought from jushua at perfect clones (one of the "Cartel")... that's the watch I recommend... $428 last time I checked... it's worth the extra $ because the crystal is fantastic and the date wheel is perfect...
That is really a nice watch. How is the magnification on the cyclops close to gen and how about the font on the date wheel?
Thanks,
Jim

That is one very accurate watch - the 39mm. I just tried a gen last week and from your photos see nothing strange on your rep.

Oncyte,
Thanks for the thoughts. You're collection is wonderful. Where did you source that rough out or suede strap?

Kruzer,
Thanks for the information. I'm working my way into what I need to do - as in - be careful when I wear it!

Siesta, thanks for the information.
I can swap out the movement if the hands from the 2836 fit. I doubt the GMT hand will fit. If I remember correctly they are smaller.
Does anyone know about hand fit or can I get gen hands?

Thanks for the info R as these are the things that will help me make my decision.
Anyone else?

I'm getting some feedback to go with the 029.
What mods do I need to do to make it close?
Jim
-
Well, I'm in the market for a Pam GMT and like the 029 & 063.
Which model is closest out of the box and what mods do I need to do to make it right?
My single experience with mods to a Pam is my Swiss 7753 188 from River. I added a Lello date wheel,a Palp Crown and double AR.
After reading various posts It seems there are lots of mods for either the 063 or the 029. Where do I buy and where do I start the mods?
Thanks,
Jim

Gioarmani,
Thanks for hooking me up. I've been looking for a fair price.

Why do they call it the Alaska project?
That reminds me - When was the last time a Canadian Hockey team won The Stanley Cup?
-
The seller stated in an email to me that all of his cases are genuine and this was one as well.
Does anyone know who is selling box sets from China?
I need a couple.

Very nice combination. Is that clasp comfortable?
-
Who is repping those now? Phong?
-
The seller claims this is a gen case.
I note that he has other "Gen" cases for sale such as Glashutte that seem identical in design.
I've never seen any of them and neither has my AD.
Anybody care to comment?
