It all comes down to intake to expenditure... it's not really about what type of kynesiology is used. it still comes down to diet and aerobic.. (with oxygen) .. mixed with anerobic.. (wieghts) Sorry but 30 minutes on the bowflex without epending calories with aerobic (running, stationary bike etc.).. you cannot burn calories by anerobic workouts (weights) Your first 10 lbs. will be "water" after that you'll hit a plateau.. that is when you have to be disciplined.. low sodium.. smaller portioned meals .. low carb.. high protien meals.. healthy snacks in between to keep your metabolism. No fruit after 2pm. .. no meal 4 hours before you sleep.. aerobic excersize 2 times a day....... 30 to 40 minutes x 2 .... if your loosing 1 lb. a week your doing very good.. try looking at 1 lb. of butter. Save Sunday for your "cheat day" .. eat a little of the junk food you crave.. don't go overboard.. fast food is out... alcohol is cut back.. do these things and you will see a drop in your belt size.. the oly way to get the "6-pack" is to mix cardio with weights and diet.. I did a Pictorial of the 2008 blue/yellow 2008 CD, with side by side pics with the genuine, ... the blue is done very well.. it is not an "electric" blue.. the genuine is not glossy or real vibrant the replication is done as the genuine... the genuine along with the rep.. was not recieved very well here.. some thought that IWC should of just stopped after the 2006.. personally I like the colour combo.. but given a choice of the slevin or the 2008 CD.. I would definately grab the slevin.. that is one good looking IWC.. especially with the ss bracelet.. .. very sexy .. if someone can find the comparison pictorial .. please feel free to post the link... for me it has always been to use "common sense" and wear my collection (rep and gen) to fit the need and occassion.. but first of all .. I don't hang out my arm to get "noticed" and conversley .. i don't wear reps if I know I'm going to an event where I know others will be wearing a lot of genuines (especially Rolex). IN that case I'll wear one of my genuines. Or if I have a meeting with one of the VP's of the Company I am contracted with I definately tone it down.. Omega.. Tag. but definately not a genuine or rep that say's "look at what I got on my wrist"... execs. Don't like to think your making enough to afford "that" kinda watch. In other words.. don't be fearful of wearing reps,your really wearing it for your own satisfaction.. but use descretion..and the ol "common sense".. wearing an AP.. to the office, unless your in a position to afford the real deal.. will only look silly.., wearing the most expensie of reps sometimes may backfire on you.. For everyday running around.. I have my favs.. usually the vintage models.. I went to a Mall today in a neighborhood that is very concious of material things.. but I was still suprised at the younger dudes.. they're eye's went right to my wrists.. they themselves had the usual tags etc. .. I had on my genine vintage Rolex.. "Fat Lady".. and it's fun to watch (pun intended) the look on their face.. cause a Rolex will trumph a 2k Tag all day long.. "No Worry" A~C Lani

To back up what others have said for your peace of mind.. depending upon logistics.. and remembering when a package is returned to sender it is not returned "express" or even "priority"..it's on a slow boat to China .. as a fugure of speech.. if the seller has been on the forum for awhile and has a good rating then I would relax .. shipping always takes time.. and especilly now.. As everyone is aware of, USPS has had huge cut backs ... lay offs etc.. so needless to say things have slowed even more.. here in Hawaii for example they are planning on closing 10 Post Offices.. and very busy ones that cater to a large number of people daily.. hope that helps A~C Lani
