This is actually being done by another maker.... and is "supposed" to be of better all around Quality.... it's hard to discern with the images if the markers are the glued on blocks or otherwise... the case back is still ss and not Ti... We'll have to wait for comparisons to the original rep.. A~C L

Are you referring to the ceramic bezel Sub that was shown at the Basel show.. that will not be released until 2010 sometime ??

We make our with wet sand .. packed with dry sand on the outside just to keep it together.... whilst in flight.. a little heavier.. and some have been known to put little rocks in the middle..

yuppers.. like little miniature dumplings made with sweet mochi rice.. buried under a super fine mound of razor cut shaved ice.. chewy like gummy bears... add ice cream and azuki beans and your flavour of choice and you have a delicious desert..

Add a little battery motor to that and I could see a lot of happy RWG'rs with a cool watch winder..

Vly .. I noted the "T Swiss T" ..... as a reference .. like the 1680 and 1665 MBK dials ... C1 would be the option.. like your GW 1665..

TJ.. as you know the IWC's (IMO) give the illusion of wearing bigger than the actual mm size of the case.. due to the size of the crystal in relationship to the the size of the case.. the 42 mm size of the slevin is no indication of the apperance it will lend on your wrist.. the rubber strap downsizes the illusion (imo) a bit.. but the ss bracelet is just so good looking with it's geometric lines..and size of the links at the lugs.. their both worth time on the watch.. jus ma 02 Lani

You know I have come to relish taking that "first" look at my Ubifranken snowflake when the sun is up .. then at twighlight the markers look a tad "offwhite" .. so it's like having the best of all worlds in that dial.. but I have to get it goin with some intense macros to show off the 'fluff' of the T lume..
