http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?act=at...st&id=10576 this is from By-tors review on the Tag Chrono... alway's check out his reviews for info .. 90% of the watch smiths don't know.. believe it or not

Ok guy's and gal.. I got a little carried away with the "thought' .. yes VB we are on the same page.. but don't let that stop you from bringing out the leather whip and yes every family has at least one or two or even three gay cousins... I guess if you have never experienced racist comments .. you cannot understand .. and i am not sad for my family but very proud .. of what they accomplished during the War .. and for the record some of these watches to me are neither gay nor feminine ... their just gross. back to the Games.. Sox... South Florida

I don't know how this thread should bear on a Society because the gay community are a society .. and these colours came from the persecution of that society during the same time that the Jewish society were being exterminated by a madman .. the Hebrews wore a star of David on their sleeve and the (in that era) "Homosexuals" wore a band with these colours... so before we take off on a society that has the same rights as everyone else on the planet .. maybe we should take time to respect the fact that they are Human .. flesh and Bone .. just like the rest of us.. RESPECT OTHERS .. is all I am saying just some thoughts on labeling.. Personally i do take offense in some sense to labelling.. my Uncles were fighting in World war II for the 442 from Hawaii while their parents were locked up in Internmint Camps, their property and all their possesions taken away, Just because of the fear people had of others being "different" ..they gave their lives to prove they were just as American.. the most decorated Batallion in the entire War. .. we were different and we still are "different"

dark brown or antique brown goes well with a lot of models .. I like it..
-
It's not actually "material" VB ... the topic (for me) epitomizes the "I want it all metallity" so if I bore you with it sooorrrryyy .. I will probably use it again if I choose .. so pardon the repetitiveness of my posts.. .. I actually wasn't counting..

I think I will go for the BCE in TT w/black dial .. and at some point and time the Nav. tri. w/white dial ... reasoning is the nav has light AR and the BCE has a heavy AR so the black dial IMO will realy bring out the AR and the white dial on the Nav. will look better with the lighter AR.. Thank you for all of you that shared your watches with me so I could make my decision.. Lanikai

Georgeous.... the gold with the heavy AR really go well .. thank you for the pic... i was admiring it the last me you posted this watch

congrats scoobs ... LIVE STRONG AND WEAR IT WELL

Damn Dog.. where you wearin your watch ?? sound like a forearm shot for wrist check.. ... I'm sure your collector can manage something..my wrist did shrink from yesterday.. after the gym it is alway's a little bigger.. so it was actually a little loose today... but you are going to definately need extra links big dog.. big dog..
-
thank you .. thankyou .. tha's what i'm takin bout... the simple elegance of the gold on a white dial.. classy looking casual or more dressed downtown..
-
I wouldn't spend the extra $$$ read Ziggy's review on the A7750 then decide..
-
yes Chronus.. they say Plagarism (sp) is the best form of flatery .. so there is nothing original in the world... but you are correct these shapes are appearing more on different models .. like the styles of cars..(lines) this bezel has the same beveling too.
-
Actually corgi.. I realize that we are dealing with replications,.. remember the first really good rep (in your mind) that you got.. well these day's I had to do a reality check on this being "a hobby" and not get so bent on exact replication, this is supposed to be fun at the same time as rewarding ... .. so with that said .. I purchased it based on how I felt about the look.. not really if it could pass for a genuine.. but since I did get it I may as well post pics in case someone else can benefit from the "flaws" or not of the watch.. for the good of.. blah..blah .. you know the line.. and thank you for your kind words.. Lani
-
Yes Stephane .. one look at your engraving and you would know that yours is the genuine ... it looks diamond etched.. very nice.. alot of suavivity..(new word.. made it up myself..) now I know they got the spelling correct thanks for the "reference" OOps.. Ma BADD B&R
-
yes... but isn't the blue dial come with the cubic bezel.. not my style if it does.. too much bling
-
Yes.. BT of course your review is the first thing I looked for .. I am going to get that dial colour.. but I am still weighing the BCE black dial vs. the white... my collector say's go with the black Dial for the BCE... I kind of like the white for it's sutle class... but the black dial really brings out the TT ... choices..mmmm
-
thank you for the reply Mez. ... just a little concerned ,... I got one reptile strap confinscated .. but that was from EU.. the orders from Kurt in Canada come through with out a hitch.. I will give it a go.. thanks again.. LIVE STRONG AND WEAR IT WELL

can i impose on anyone to post pics of their TT BCE's or Navitimer Tri. I am getting an itch for one of these TT models and would like to see pics from real live members, and your thoughts would be greatly appreciacted.. Leaning toward the white dial for the BCE and the black for the Nav. Gotta scratch this itch thanks Lanikai

that looks fantastic... I have been waiting for someone with orders from HK ... you had no problems with the big C .. he .. like many send them from China without CITIES certificate ... has anyone experienced problems before..?? I've been holding off ordering until i could gather some info on the shipments from HK (reptile ) agian thanks for the pics they look great
-
thank you .. got it from Perfect C., Joshua nice toy on your avatar.. I got to "play' with a ferrari riva for a year... not to great in hawaii unless the water was glass.. surface cavitation screws.. made for the Med. ... still it was fun
-
sometimes the best that can happen is that the said rep is "very' close to the genuine... if we put every rep under the scope there will be flaws... that's why it is called a rep... and that's why we have modders and members that produce Date Wheels etc.. just my .02 ... and it's Ok to nit pick.. that way we gather information.. attention to detail is "all good"

there are some men (straight) that can pull off wearing a pink suit ... I for one cannot.... there are some that are Homophobic .. and think that anything that threatens their masculinity is :"gay" ... some men look very good in Versache sun glasses.. made for women... they still look macho .. I think it has more to do about how secure you feel about your masulinity than something being labeled "Gay" Although you could not Pay me to wear western boots with a speedo ... but i would think that maybe there are those who can and still be macho.. NOT... Personally i have no predjudice concerning Gay people.. as long as they respect my preference ... I like my women .. FEMALE.. As long as your not Bi-sexual.. that's just plain fuc---g greedy ... you want it all..... Society should allow same sex marriage.. why shouldn't they be miserable like the rest of the world..
-
If I had a genuine... WHY WOULD I BUY A REP??? if you mean is the movement a working chrono then yes it is..
-
I actually like the graphite dial on the BL Evo over the blackbird, the tabs are spot on straight... the pearl is dead center.......Mmmmm .. are you thinking what I am.. is this the same meker as the BB.. and how is your collector at getting "parts" .. looks like the same type of tab (pearl) as the BB I think it's a combination of the stick markers with the numeraled sub dials that do it for me .. and the silver rings that surround the dials.. along with the polished case and bently like bracelet.. dial colour is ash/black ... i like it.. Aloha, Randall

thank you ... yes it does but is the AP's bezel rounded ?? I have yet to procure one of them Important Note... I have a 7.5" wrist... and the bracelet fits nicely without adjustment.. so those of you with large wrists... better take note you will need one or two more links..!!!!!
