i think something is fishy In the pics the time is 1 oclock or 1.05 but the date is in the middle of changing. has anyone else noticed this?

Just bought a pair from a Japanese store called Uniqlo, i think they are in the Uk and USA as well Total $40! Great jeans for the price, so called uniqlo premium jeans. Boy do i love shopping in Japan!

this is a standard ETA 2893-2, Mido have just changed the dial position and date window position for their design, the dial feet will be in the same position so the PAM dial will fit, also the stem will also be in the same position. Dont worry you havent wasted money

Its a good point but i think this has been discussed before somewhere. The super luminova is seriously expensive stuff, the chinese custom seems to be get rich quick no matter who you burn in the process, imagine the factory having all that expensive super lume and all the chinese workers thinking, hey i can get rich real quick if i steal 100grams of this stuff. Its just to big a risk for the factory as there probably is zero trust. As for your comment about the milling machines, its a bit too big to put in your pocket and walk out the front door....

Keep an eye out for the asian version from Jay after the Chinese new year, same case etc just different movement and of course much cheaper!!!

UPDATE 4th FEB 2008 All B&R's have now been posted! Enjoy them they all look great and yet again i have forgotten to take a pic of them. Must have been the rush as im off to Japan in about 12 hours! Talk again from the land of the rising sun!

These case sets will just be the same as the rep case sets, thats all, not special orders or anything.

I may have access to Panerai Case sets. The case sets would include: Case Case back Crystal Crown Guard Crown - normal rep crown that comes with that particular kind of PAM model Im not sure on pricing or availability but its looking very possible that i can get them. I would need to buy a number to get at a good price. If people would like them PVD coated i can organize this as well. So what would be the most popular case that people would want? PAM 111?

Well spotted! That was just a quick pic, all other parts are here as well i just didn't take a pic Im in the testing phase now, which means all watches have been assembled and im checking to make sure they are all working ok. Ill do this over 2 days just to make sure all is ok and then ill post Ill keep all informed when posted Cheers

Jay Any news on when the Asian movement version will be released?

Thanks guys This one is just the asian movement version and yes i know it has the hand problem due to the canon and hour pinion but if i bought the swiss version and then did the PVD it would just be too expensive.
