I would love to be able to do a complete review of this thing but timing is really bad as im flat out with my MBA at present. Maybe in the next 4 weeks or so ill get some time to do an in depth review of it. Basically its a Genuine swiss made watch with an ETA 7750 movement. Retails for $1495 as can be sen in the first pic. The build quality of this thing is superb for the price i paid. Even if it was $1495 its still an excellent build quality watch! I tell you what it has zero flaws! I cant see anything wrong with it. I dont mean QC wise either. Just regarding the watch on the whole, its excellent. Especially the chrono buttons and the crown and crown guard, they all seem just to blend in very well with the case. I also love the fact that the chrono second hand is black, a different colour to the main hour and minute hand. It blends in well with the dial. Also notice the tuning fork logo of Accutron on the end of the chrono second hand. Excellent. Anyone who saw this deal on Shnoop.com and didnt buy it should be kicking themselves right now! enjoy the pics! pics are not my forte but hey im no TTK - hey that rhymes! I still cant beleive that a $500 GENUINE watch is so good. Forget any reps at $500 just buy this! ok ive talked too much enjoy

I have had my fair share of reps including the super reps and this watch for the price i paid is the best quality watch i have seen. Movement, dial quality, hands, case etc. all excellent! Im seriously considering selling all my reps and buying gens if this is the quality you get for $500. If i have time tonight ill do a mini review of it. I was 100% into watches and this forum for a few years, now its more like 30% the reason? I have simply bought and had the opportunity to own most of the watches i wanted to own. I am now concentrating on just a few special watches that i think are the ones that i really like and can wear anytime, now or in the future. Another reason is the current price trend for new watches that are coming out, did you see the new Graham oversize chrono at $420 ish with an asian 7750 movement. Its a great rep, not my taste but $420 is very expensive for a rep 7750 watch. Compare this to the Oris Carlos Coste at about $260, where can the extra $160 be justified? it cant, thats why my interest has gone. A reason why my interest in Rollies has actually increased is due to the Noob ones that are available, Noob Sub, Noob LV Sub and Noob YM, at $78 and most accurate out of the box is just great, i own all three! I think general interest has been lost due to increasing living costs as of late, mortgages, fuel and food prices, then the increase in watch prices. Just my thoughts

The problem isnt with wearing the items, its the other items and how many of them that you have in your luggage

It wont be a problem, as long as your not taking a lot into the country I went through customs with i think 4 in my suitcase and all was fine.

Or better yet get a DG4813 at 28,800bph and install that instead, straight swap!

Correct i dont believe simply put if they had been there, why hasnt anyone been there since? why hasnt Nasa gone back? Let we not forget that they supposedly went to the moon in 1969, thats nearly 40 years ago, technology has improved so much since then. Why not go back? Another point, the radiation that they would have encountered during the flight would have killed them as they didnt have good space suits then, why did they come back alive and not get ill? There are so many conspiracy theories but i think these 2 points are the most valid

I had the same experience as well here in australia Went into a nice gen watch store and asked about the IWC 3717, they said they didnt have it in stock I glanced to my right and a customer was trying it on! I said, i think maybe that customer is trying the watch on right now? He said 'Sorry sir thats not the watch you asked for' I had asked for the SS bracelet version but the other one was the leather strap version, no big deal eh! i Just wamted to look at the frikkin watch! His attitude stunk and he thought he was the beez neez, so i hit him with it.....Does the IWC 37317 us an inhouse chrono movement or is it a ETA 7750? Of course he had no idea and he actually had to call someone, he could have just looked it up. Moral of the story, most watch sales people dont have a clue about watches and they are as*holes to boot!
