spray it with clear coat or varnish underside were the case touches you wrist and you will be good to go ! My father used to do this with the temples of his gold plated sunglasses. 10 years after they are like new. hope this helps

Hi all folks, happy easter. I went to repair my fraken datejust today because the hands fell off when the watch accidentally hit the floor face down. Anyway, i screwed the keyless works and i went dial side to reset it. 2 cups of coffee later and while my hands were shaking i snapped my chinese screwdriver and as a result i lost this tiny little gear (prob. for time setting) on the floor chaos. Hours went through and i cannot find it. The movement is a mido 12892, maybe stilty has a spare or anybody with a 2892? zig please chime in, will this fit? Where can i get one? it is the gear missing from the red circle.

i am open for trades in eu as i think this is too chunky for my wrist. Its hardly worn and i am looking for a hublot HBB or an iwc. Would also consider trades with multiple less valuable watches
