I want a LONG hour hand (going out from the centre as far as practicable) is it possible to take both hands off and somehow just have the minute hand off the hour hands spot on the pin?

on mine - the screw thread was bent connecting it to the clasp so I cant just replace the link if it were 90% of other screws, it would have been ok just annoying -yours could be fine
